We operate on a foundation of trust, discretion, and your best interests. We will never ask for your private keys, wallet passwords, or seed phrases — ever. Your self-custody is the entire point of this work.

  • Client information — your name, contact details, and any identifying information you share — is held in strict confidence and never disclosed to third parties.
  • Holdings — any reference to the digital assets you own, have owned, or are considering — are treated as confidential and never shared, sold, or used for any purpose outside your engagement.
  • Inquiries — the fact that you contacted EVOLVE, the questions you asked, and the content of our sessions — remain private between you and EVOLVE.
  • EVOLVE LLC is registered in the State of Minnesota, and this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota.
